PRODUCT SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FOR ADVANCE SALARY. [image] Account has been categorized in Loss category as per SBP PRs and overdue by more than 1080+ DPD. All recovery efforts have been applied/exhausted, duly supported by documentary evidences including contact with Borrower/References/DDO, serving of notices & reporting in e-CIB. However. in cases where the amount of principal outstanding is up to RS.O.SM then keeping in view the excessive cost/efforts involved, suit filing may be waived (also applicable on existing accounts where suit hasn't been filed). It also applies on the deceased accounts that fulfil the criteria as defined in Instruction Circular # 168/2018. No write-off to be allowed for cases under litigation. In case Of fraud, ensure that investigation process stands completed and necessary action taken against delinquent. No write-off to be allowed while case is under investigation by internal / external agencies. Process Of write-off Of loans to remain the same including reporting requirement and roles and responsibilities of all stake holders i.e. Business. RPLG, A&IG. SAMG & FCG as defined in Instruction Circular # 168/2018 dated 11th Oct. 2018 regarding write-off policy for widows and orphans Of Advance Salary deceased borrowers. Credit Approval Authority for write-off cases of deceased borrowers (i.e. Policy for widows and orphans of Advance Salary deceased borrowers) will remain intact as defined in Instruction Circular NO. 168/2018 dated 11th Oct. 2018 (i.e. RH & RE-Credit, RPLG will jointly approve based on the recommendation Of BM and RE-Assets). However, in case Of any exception Of criteria, case to be referred to Head Office for approval from MCC). Preparation Of proposals for cases not eligible as per criteria defined in Instruction Circular # 168/2018 dated 11th Oct. 2018 regarding write-off policy for widows and orphans Of Advance Salary deceased borrowers to be prepared as per attached format..
