Despite its benefits, spending too much time using digital devices can affect students’ health. Experts warn that long hours in front of screens may cause eye strain, poor posture, and reduced physical activity. Paragraph C
Education does not only happen at school or university. Activities such as volunteering, internships, and community projects help learners develop practical skills and real‑world experience that is valuable for future careers. Paragraph D
Many students struggle to manage their time effectively. While studying is important, taking regular breaks and getting enough sleep can improve concentration and academic performance.  In recent years, many university students have started using digital tools to support their learning. Online platforms allow learners to watch recorded lectures, submit assignments, and communicate with classmates easily. This has made education more flexible and accessible, especially for students who live far from campus.
 However, some researchers believe that technology should not completely replace face‑to‑face learning. Direct interaction with teachers and peers helps students develop communication skills and stay motivated. In addition, technical problems such as poor internet connections can interrupt online learning.
 For these reasons, many universities now use a blended approach, combining traditional classroom teaching with online resources.
